Jam.py on Uppcoder

Jam.py is an open-source, low-code framework for building database applications with a web interface. On Uppcoder you can try it in your browser, have AI build a first app for you, and keep that app running at its own address.

Try it in your browser

Open a Jam.py demo app or an empty project in a sandbox of your own. There is no account to create and nothing to install. A sandbox runs for two hours, and you can sign up at any point to keep what you made.

  • Demo apps from the Jam.py team, or an empty project
  • No account, nothing to install
  • Your own sandbox, for two hours

Describe it, and AI builds it

Say what the app should do, for example "an IT equipment tracker with employees, equipment categories and assets". The AI builder makes the tables, lookups, forms and sample data through Jam.py's own builder, so the result is an ordinary Jam.py project you can keep developing in the Application Builder. A first app takes a few minutes.

  • Tables, lookups, forms and sample data
  • Made through Jam.py's own builder
  • An ordinary Jam.py project, yours to keep developing

Keep it running

A kept app runs on Uppcoder at its own HTTPS address, and can use your own domain. You get the Jam.py Application Builder behind your Uppcoder sign-in, a file manager, a terminal with the app server's log, VS Code if you want it, and Git for pushing to GitHub. Apps are hosted in the EU.
